Materialistic things to some extent. The act of working, and getting something out of it. But overall, just generally everything around me such as family, my career etc.

The #1 thing that motivates me though is the fact that I know I'm going to heaven to see God when I die. At that point all the materialistic things will mean nothing. But for now I'd say the fact of progressing in my career, getting stuff done, and working for the things I want. Sure winning a huge sum of money would be great, but working for my money keeps things more interesting and motivates me to keep working.

My grandparents came from poor families and grew up during the Depression, yet managed to work hard and move with my mother and aunt to the nice suburbs and raise another four kids on top of those two. They provided them with as much as they could afford so that they could succeed. My mother and father worked hard and gave me everything I needed to succeed.

I don't want to let anyone down after they've worked so hard for me.
