What Motherboard for HTPC?

I've got this cpu. I'm trying to find a mATX motherboard that will have onboard HDMI and at least 4 sata controllers.

Any advice?

I built a HTPC with a similar CPU (BE-2400) with a Foxconn 780G board, A7GM-S.

MSI 7411 (Diva Live 5.1) owner here. I absolutely love the 5 channel 100w per channel amp that comes with that board. I was able to dump a broken Yamaha receiver that took up a ton of space and replace it with something that plugged into the mainboard !!

Its been all that I've expected and then some, bu I guess if I had to complain, I'd ask for 200w per channel instead of 100 😀

I have Z-5500 speakers at home that I want to hook up directly to the motherboard. Here is a picture of my receiver. It looks like some of these motherboards have the same colors... but not always in a line or in order, would that matter?
