What monitor stand for 20WMGX2?

I picked up the 20WMGX2 based on the recommended list from the LCD thread. Only issue i've found (besides a minor backlight leak) is that the stand it comes with isn't height adjustable.

The seemingly popular Neo-Flex stand, however, doesn't support it according to Ergotron's email I got this morning. The reasoning given is that the monitor is 3.3" in depth rather than the Neo-Flex's supported 2" and that brings the required support to at least 20lbs and the Neo-Flex tops out at 16.

Anyone recommend one? I've found only one stand that holds a single monitor that supports up to 40lbs but the downside is that it's 150 bucks. I'd like to avoid paying that much for a stand if possible.
