What mobo+memory to get?

I'm planning on building a new system and need to know from the experinced
builders if following is a good setup?
I need a QUITE STABLE machine to run Linux 24x7.
Need the best memory performance with at least 1GB.
OCing is not the highest priority.

Enlight 7237-AZ P4 ATX 340W Power Supply
Asus P4B533-V
P IV 2.26
1GB RAM(Please recommend which brand/model# to get?)

Any recommendations?
