Micro-ATX would be great but I have no problem building a custom case to minimize the space taken up using an ATX board.Do you have any size requirements? If not...you can't go wrong with an Abit NF7-S
I was looking at the XP-M to get the best performance: Power usage ratio. It will be running XP and other programs simultaneously which generally isn't the strong point of a celery. I thought about going with an Intel HT cpu but I would have to go with an inverter.I think you should stick to the Intel you know and love in this case. An older Socket370 board would be plenty for those uses, and could be paired with a low-heat Celeron.
