What mobile apps do you want to see that don't exist?

I want a good forum reading app (like tapatalk) that has offline reading support. It seems like such an obvious feature yet I don't see any app with support for it. It could simply download the threads you are subscribed to whenever you have an active connection so you can read them in the elevator or in the metro or other places where cellphone data connections typically don't work very well. It can't be that hard to do, my email apps work fine for offline reading.

An app that lets you take a picture of a crowd then put together an estimate of how many people are in that crowd.

An app or system setting that let's you assign a custom alert/ringer for one specific contact so that no matter what kind of communication you get from them (phone call, email, text, etc.) your phone plays the custom ringer. As far as I know we only have this for phone calls.

I want an app that connects to my car's GPS... when I select a friend's house as my destination, I'd like to see an option for my GPS to communicate with the phone app to text my friend my ETA and update if I hit any traffic/construction that delays my time by more than X minutes.

That would be absolutely brilliant. In fact I'd even take an app that does that based on the phone's GPS location with no connection to the car...

In essence this can already be achieved somewhat with a single button press and voice dictation. But I get that it's the automation part that's wanted.

I mean a photo of say a face thats made up of 100s of other photos.
