I very rarely consume milk (I never drink it as a beverage, and get a craving for cereal only every couple months). but when I do drink it, it's skim.
 
Skim, I can deal with 1% but 2% and whole are too viscous in comparison. I actually drink quite a bit of it, generally two gallons a week, and also have my protein shakes with it instead of water. My coffee has to have half & half though, rather have it black than with any % milk in it.
 
You mean to tell me milk is not good for you? What happen to "it does the body good?" It has to be good for you!
 
soymilk

i found out there are many different 'grain milks' ranging from rice to almonds. they all taste better than regular milk to me, not to mention infinitely healthier than cow milk.

13% Cofee Cream
+37% Whippping cream
+80% milkfat = butter 🙂
