What Milk do you drink?

Skim Fortified. Nothing like 9g of protein in a regular glass (more like 18g for my awesome pirate-sized glass).

Please, keep your creamy white protein intake to yourself.

I used to drink milk until I saw some websites on how milk is processed. There's blood and pus in the milk since the cows are milked far, far too often than what happens in nature, as well as milk causes arteriosclerosis (hardening of the artery walls). So I stick to the actual cow (mmm... steak) and not milk.

You just can't handle my awesome pirate nature. And my pirate accessories.

What is the deal with that 2% & 1% crap? Whole milk doesn't have 100g of fat per serving, & your daily recommended intake isn't 100g either.

I do 2% or 1%. I used to always drink 2%, but decided to switch to 1% to reduce a bit of my fat intake. Out of habit, though I still have a tendacy to pick up 2% at the store.

Drinking a glass right now!

No it has 150 calories per 8oz serving (more than a 12oz coke), 8 grams of total fat and 5g grams of saturated which is 25% of the daily allowance of saturated fat in 1 small glass.

Why are you trying to correct me when I didn't even state any facts? I was only asking why we have those %.

😕

If we have whole milk with 100% milkfat, and 98% of that has been removed, what's left over?

whole milk is far less than 100% milkfat you know 😉

I drink whole or 2%. Skim tastes nasty and is pointless.

I wasn't really correcting you however the percentages aren't that hard to figure out but if you would like me to explain it to you I will.

I was just giving the "milk is bad for you" facts.
