What memory to buy?

I am stuck on what set to get:

Corsair 9-9-9-24: 1.65V

G.Skill 9-9-9-24: 1.5V

Do I get the higher Timing and more voltage? Or is less voltage always better?

These will be used on an AM3 system.

So it really won't matter? The corsair is cheaper but other forums say go for the lower voltage. =/

the AM3 phenom2's memory controller is optimized for low voltage(1.5) tight timings(CAS7) and 1333 MHz

I am going to get 1600MHz. So you are saying get the lower timings out of those?

yes, I would get the lowest timings available. Just out of curiosity, why 1600MHz?
