I use sasami2k for almost every avi, sometimes I use divx player, I use zoom player for ogm files, winamp for music. There are a number of others that I have on my computer and use only when necessary (like rm player, and quicktime).

WMP 6.4 if the media allows it... and WMP 8 (XP) if 6.4 doesn't work.

WMPClassic for RealMedia stuff (although I have no problems with RealOne Player). Simply cause it loads quicker.

I think I'm going to dl winamp 3 and use that for music and then use wmp9 for video. O and thanks TheEvil1 for telling how to get rid of realone, i'm going to rid my machine of REAL tonight. =) Thanks for all the replies.

people...please try zoomplayer...its a very small install and it plays all files types...simple interface that is fully customizable..and its free!!!!

Depends on what's playing...

MP3's - Winamp 2.5 with MAD plugin
DivX, Mpeg, etc. - Windows Media Player 6.4
Quicktime - Quicktime 6 Pro (duh)
Real media - Real Player 8 Pro (duh)

Windows Media Player 9 for WinXP because I spent $150 on it, and itunes for my old mac because hey, it looks cool!

btw its sad how Winamp3 is so bloated now. (its so slow!!)
