What do some of you guys use?

Save your self and burn and delete all that is REAL... they are evil. As for me, I use WMP 9, I will say that it uses more resources that I would like and is not as clean as Winamp 2.x, but I love the mini-player feature in XP and the autoplay lists and just several of the features that it has, give it a try.

i use Winamp 3 for just about everything. but ill use Sasami2k to play videos alot also. because its small and simple. it plays everything cept RM fil;es also. even QT.

the video playback on winamp 3 is really good also. if im taxing my CPU and trying to watch a vid. WMP and sasami will skip and teh sound will get off. but winamp plays it just fine

my problem with iTunes is that it is a resource hog. Almost 40% CPU utilization.

What's your CPU speed? If iTunes is just playing music(no visualization or anything) and hidden, it should only be 150mhz or so of CPU time(which is average for most MP3 players).

Yeah, it can be a bit of a hog, but I love how well everything works together. Also, it usually hits around 20% for me.

I agree, WMP9 has some useful features, especially when used with XP.

Serious Question:

How do you uninstall Real Audio Player? My version came preloaded with my computer.

I know that there are reg or winconfig files that are not removed with a typical uninstall, how do I go about uninstalling these?
