What MB for server?

I'm thinking of starting an Internet Café and was wondering what MB would be good for the server?
I want to go with AMD.
Should I get a DUAL or Single CPU board, or a single with DUAL CORE.
I plan on running about 10 PCs' networked to it, and possibly 20 not too long after.
I'll also be doing LAN parties. Got to do some fragging too 🙂

Also, would it be better to set it up with a redundant PSU?

Building gaming/surfing rigs is no problem, but I haven't ventured into the server end yet and any advice on setting up a server would be greatly appreciated.
Also, is there any sites with "Server Guides" or something along them lines?

What will the duties of the server be? Web Hosting? File-Server? DNS/Firewall/Router/DHCP etc......?

Case... Pretty much any. The motherbaord is sized to fit most standard ATX cases. IT may not fit into tiny ones though. I'd recommend a chiefmax, or antec SOHO server tower.

Basically the rig I just prescribed is fairly inexpensive for a good server setup. (I guess inexpensive is a state of mind though) The above server should be able to handle a bunch of users simultaneously (make sure your network is fast as well). Should you decide that the server is not up to snuff, the motherboard is increibly upgradeable. Supports up to 24GB of RAM, and will take dual core processors as well (W/ bios version 1004 or higher).

Look at the Tyan Thunder series ie. K8W, K8WE, etc...
Also consider getting a mobo w/ 64bit pci-x slots for a scsi raid controller...

See above. Of course you could go with a single dual-core Opteron 265/270/275.
