What max cpu voltage MIGHT fry the P4 ?

Just wondering I'm at 1.675v { idle temps 31-33c load 39- 42c } and although I know this is safe what do you guys think is the maximum cpu voltage before you could fry it ?
 
I'd say pretty much anything higher than 1.85volts without decent cooling. When I say decent cooling at that voltage, I think about watercooling....
