Had this discussion with a friend...let's say you have a good looking girl as your baseline. What do you think differentiates her from being cute versus hot? IE, would it be mostly appearance (effective makeup, skanky clothes etc) or attitude (perhaps a bit of aloofness, a lot of confidence etc)? Can a girl that is cute become hot or vice versa?
 
the ultimate deciding factor is her intelligence... which books she reads, how she will engage you in political discussions, her ability to challenge you mentall...

that's about as far as I could get before laughing... it's her tits and ass of course.
 
Myriad things and sometimes it is difficult to quantify. I've found many girls hot over the years and not all for the same reasons.

a hot girl has to have some nice titties, a nice ass, a face that I can look at without squirming, and be of a respectable weight. Preferably a brunette, eye color makes no difference, but the shape of the eye does. Shawn Johnson's eyes = win.
 
i'd may add on heavy (although not necessarily excessive) use of makeup? but i like that definition... cute is like.. someone you can bring home to mom..
