Yes, I know that you can play word games. Computers make life easier. They are tools for efficiency and convenience. They help companies profit which helps employees live a better life. They *do* add to quality of life.
Vacations? That depends on the person. Some people need a break from every-day life while some don't.
Expensive cars (as opposed to cheap cars?) are just an expensive form of more efficient transportation (as opposed to walking).
