What mail notifier application do you use?

Just wondering what software people use as their "all in one" mail notifier. I used to keep Outlook open all the time, and it notifies me, but I think I'd rather just leave it closed so it's not consuming RAM.

Any suggestions?

I use E-prompter to notify me of email and you can view and delete unwanted email before it delivers to Outlook or Outlook Express. It uses small resource and sit on taskbar. Work with hotmail, yahoo, Juno, Netzero and Gmail too.

I use Trillian to check my mail accounts, but I dont get enough mail to worry about it that much. I usually just open thunderbird every so often to see if i have any mail.
