Get to the point where I've satisfied my selfishness in skydiving and start doing it for work on the side. Should be a nice extra 5-10k a year.

Short game: give him a serious concussion during racquetball, reducing his earning potential.

My long term plan is to keep living long enough that I figure out how to make long term plans properly.

:hmm:

How do you know he plays racquetball?

Breaking out of olds basement with my dignity in tact.

Tact is in short supply in olds' basement. Politesse won't preserve your dignity or keep you intact. ;)

My nephews' band The Orwells.

Gave them their first beatles album, skate boards, guitars, Playboy magazines. ^^

Funny that my nephew now is known for taking his pants off onstage.

most proud recent moment is they got shut down at Bonaroo because people were climbing the rafters to try to see them.

At my advanced age, any long game I might be playing would have to involve a funeral service.

3 years finish paying 2nd mortgage off (was 40K in 2007 when I bought the house, now it's around 15K)

13 years finish paying off primary mortgage (was 150k in 2007, now it's around 130K)

Investments currently:

put money into 401K + corporate match (6% 1:1 or higher match depending upon company performance)..
Invest in Stocks 5% annual income

Anyhow, if/when I have kids they will screw up my long term plan.

With no kids, I could effectively retire between 50 and 57 years old (50 if wall street is good to me, 57 if markets are lackluster).
Then sell my house, buy a house in a rural area with low property taxes & an RV and travel the continent.

If I wind up with Kids, I'll work until I'm 70 since otherwise I won't have the money to retire.

Funny you should mention that. I just finished up a round of Endless Space, but the total play time was probably about 5 hours so I didn't even think about it. Maybe one of these days I will try a huge galaxy with slow research, but probably not any time soon.

14 years of marriage till I find something better.

Or my best friend hits the lottery. Then I am leaving the country and enough money behind so my wife can get a tattoo of my face on her back so the kids can remember what I looked like.

I've been quietly and methodically purchasing items and laying them in store. All is in place with only the execution still wanting. Tonight I will pop the question "Honey, will you make me a pie?"

Anything further out than that is just wild speculation.

Score! Cherry lemon cream pie!
