What Linux is easy to install? (PVR, Myth TV, MCE questions)

I put MythTV on my computer and it works pretty nicely. A little hard to set up though.

As was said before, Redhat and Mandrake are both pretty easy and quick to install
I currently run mandrake 9.1 on my server and on my laptop ... It does what I want it to do.

Geez, and I thought that half the fun of Linux were the pitfalls that normally come with installing it!
