What LGA 1151 motherboards have BIOS support for SGX?

The reason I am asking is because SGX is needed for UHD Blu-ray on PC.

P.S. Previously the SGX instruction was only available on Core i5 and Core i7 (and E3 Xeon) Skylake processors, but now even the Kabylake Celerons have it (though as mentioned in the first link HD graphics 630 or better, not included in Celeron, is required for UHD Blu-ray playback)

No offence, but anyone wanting to play UHD blurays are better off getting a standalone player, rather then attempting to jump through the UHDBD-on-PC-DRM-debacle hoops.

It might change in the future though, initially regular bluray playback was a pain to setup. Now its pretty much commodity hardware.

Right now I wouldn't waste my money anyway. Wait for a few years for UHD movies to become mainstream.

Most KBL laptops, btw, only have HD 615 or 620.

Is the same requirement true for Netflix 4K, or is that requirement just KBL?

Also, I think that you have a thread title typo. Isn't socket 1150 for previous-gen Haswell?

Right now, the cheapest and easiest way for UHD 4K Blu-Ray playback is to just buy a Xbox One S (500GB for $250).

I'm thinking about going this route.

Wow, I didn't realize Xbox One S had that feature. (Apparently it has everything but Dolby Atmos)

And regarding price...Yes, that is probably true for the most part as the lowest price I saw previously for a standalone UHD Blu-ray player was $280 at Best Buy though recently this UHD Blu-ray player by Phillips dropped to $199.99.

Until I can rip the movies to mkv and stream to my 4k television I probably won't be messing with uhd bluray.

btw pioneer just announced a couple uhd bluray drives for pc, so at least we will be getting the drives soon.
