what laptop bag/slip in do you guys use?

What laptop slip in/cover do you guys use? I want a decent one around 20$ or so to protect my new ASUS G1S-A1 15.4" notebook.

I used to carry around my laptop in a saddle bag, but now I want a cover for the laptop itself, like this so it can be ultra protected.

Any recommendations?

I'd also like a recommendation. my job is buying a few bags and would like to give them some choices. something to hold 15-inch toughbooks with room to spare for various cables (big bulky ones). must be able to take a beating, price isn't really a concern just something that'll work well and last.

I use a backpack with a slot for the laptop (when I take one home from work). It is from MEC (Mountain Equipment Co-op), a Canadian outdoors store.

i have a good ogio bag. i didnt buy it tho, was a prize from the fanatics club from a rockwell software tech session. great bag, lots of spaces and pockets. www.ogio.com mine is for a 17" wide screen lappy tho. i bet they sell the 15.4 version too, but not sure how cheap.

I have a Ogio Nyquist (older version of this, it has a specific pocket on the bottom for the power cables) - http://ogio.com/product.php?product=124

I'm also looking to get a nice messenger to possible replace the work use as I rarely take my laptop to work anymore - but I want 3 different bags for different uses.

I like that brick house. Does it fit a 14inch widescreen?

Yes, I currently have a Asus A8Jp that fits in there pretty well - but I had to cut the top portion of the laptop flap - for some reason it doesn't stretch to the top of the bag. Didn't make a difference in protection though, my lappy fits AWESOME and I still have room for like 2-3 novels, my DSLite, MP3 player, headphones, mouse, power adapter and a sunglass case or two. I was amazed when I fit that all in there ...

I have a Samsonite I bought from Fry's Electronics. It is well made, well padded and I think I paid about $30 for it. It was well worth it.
