Personnally i'd go with a pair of skechers, anything in the "outback" line... I have a pair of the "Metro-outback's" in oxblood and i can honestly say their the greatest pair of shoes/boots i ever had. They look like boots, but are almost as comfortable as shoes (well, not skate shoes... but nothing can compare) plus you can almost run in them. They go with anything and are versatile enough to go from work to chillin to out on the town with ease. Their tough to find though, so buying online will probably be the only option. Link

well, if you live in washington dc, you can find about a dozen pair of red saucony's by some frat houses near george washington university.
funny story, we went down there for the day, and my friend chris said how much he wanted to get some red saucony's. we turned the corner, walked a block or two, a few dozen pair of shoes in a tree. we saw over 8 pair of red sauconys..

he was p'oed. oh well
