I have noticed a slight improvement on my WU times with 2K. I used to use win98FE and the VlAR's would kill me. Actually they still do on my daughters celeron, but she just doesn't want that dual boot into 2K. Did you ever try to argue with a 16 year old girl......don't.

A 1.4 GHz Tbird running at stock speed will complete a workunit with angle of .417 about 5 hours & 20 mins.

I have a 1.33 currently running 11 X 133 = 1.46
My times are about 4hrs or 4.5 hrs depending on the angle range of the work unit.
A VLAR takes me about 6.75 hrs.
