What kind of video out?

I know that most new cards have video out for a tv or something but what kind of out is it?
s-video?
Component?
Coaxial?

if it's s-video can you get an adapter for component or rca outputs?

I just got a new nvidia ti4200 (gainward golden sample) and it came with a connector for s-video and composite. You really just have to look at the specs of the card, but I can tell you right now that component out is very unlikely and coaxial out is non-existant (wouldn't really serve any purpose). I have seen component out only on "professional" broadcast cards with breakout boxes ("professional" in quotes because the cards sucked.) I have used Targa and Matrox cards for editing and usually the best output they offered was S-Video.

At the end of the day, I think you are going to find most offer s-video out, and a few offer composite and s-video out.

Radeon 8xxx cards support composite, s-video and component video output. 7xxx cards support s-video and composite.
