what kind of tea do they serve in Chinese restaurants?

Some form of oolong. In general it has less caffeine than even weak coffee, although some dark oolongs do have a good bit of caffeine, but still less than strong coffee.

does it have less caffeine content than a strong(i mean strong) cup of coffee?

I think nowadays they use tea concentrate to make the tea, the restaurants at my area at least.
I was told those tea are not too healthy for you.

Most jasmine teas are flavored oolong. Some manufacturers sell jasmine green, but I doubt the average chinese joint is serving it. I have never seen a straight jasmine tissane that does not contain either oolong or green, nor have I ever seen a jasmine-flavored black, although I suppose someone somewhere probably makes one.

The tea you're thinking of as the "chinese restaurant" tea is jasmine. The best jasmine, if you are going out to purchase it, is made with green tea as well.

I have jasmine tea that is jasmine hand wrapped with green tea leaves.

A nice jasmine tea that is more popular, but still quite good is Silver Needle Jasmine.

I usually get hot tea in chineese restaurants.
Anywhere else during the day, I usually will drink Iced Tea.
At night, Long Island Iced Tea.

What other kinds of tea are there? Hot, Cold, and booze? What more could anyone need!

they usually have two types. jasmine and chrysanthemum tea but sometimes they will substitute the jasmine with oolong.
