Nexus 10 has USB and USB OTG. Not sure about MHL.
It has a dedicated (mini) HDMI out.

I bought my nexus 10 at Walmart.
i don't recall seeing one there, though i wasn't looking for it either. I'll check it out first if i decide to get one.
what do you want to do with usb port for?
Samsung Ativ smart pc... amazing 11.6 inch tablet. Full usb. Full Windows. Amazing.
Paid 699 for mine.
i wish i could say nexus 7 but that tab has had so many design and manufacturing defects that its hard to recommend, the latest of which is that they dont recharge if you let them totally discharge. so i would say ipad mini, although it has a suck screen
Just hope you don't have to send it in for repair. Mine had separation issues that I made worse by picking at it, and Samsung wanted me to pay for it, but ended up fixing for free.
I have no idea how good the fix is - it should be here tomorrow.
Can you look at yours around the SD slot, and the bottom near the Windows button and see if you have any issue?
Sorry to hear that man. Mine Hasn't had an issue, neither has my coworkers(3). Amazing devices.
Is there a way to stream content from a Windows PC to an Ipad? Or better yet some type of HD that can stream media from it to other devices. that would be the cats ass right there, no need for additional storage mediums connected to tablet.
The Ativ is a win8 tablet. Full 8, not RT.
Splashtop will do what you are asking quite well.
I have owned, or used, about every tablet available and the Nexus 10 is certainly my choice. I think many of the complaints about it, like the slow charge issue, are just repeats of BS somebody read somewhere. Mine charges very quickly and does not deplete the battery while plugged into the charger. I tried connecting it to a TV and played a streaming movie for 2 hours and 10 minutes and the charge did not deplete from the full charge it started with. It is faster and smoother than any tablet I have used. The display is also superior. If you want to see how good, try "Timescapes" (the movie) in 4K resolution. You can buy it for $29 or find a trailer to stream. As far as you cannot get one, Wal-Mart has them on their online website for same day delivery to the store. We bought several at work and picked them up Friday. They are not available in the store for some reason. In Houston, they were available in 4 hours. They are even a bit cheaper than buying from Google Play Store ($2 cheaper ??) As far as the number of Android apps vs Apple iOS apps....do you realize how old many of those iOS apps are? Android 4.2 is a wonderful OS and, as far as I know, only available on a Nexus at this time. If you want some excellent advice on this subject from one of the truly brilliant members here at AT try

The problem ultimately with the Nexus 10 is not the tablet itself, there just aren't a lot of tablet specific apps to run on it. Heck, the Microsoft Surface has a better baseline experience than the Nexus 10 because you should never be running phone apps on a 10" screen with Windows RT.
