I hate killing bugs, especially spider. Growing up we had lots of gardens and spiders are great insect repellant.

That's a mercury striped assasin. Named for its silver stripe, and its speed. Oh, and its aggressive nature and venom.

Seen this bastard last night and should have killed it now that I read this:

That’s not to say that a true bite from this spider is not painful; it has been likened to a bee sting.

I see a lot of Grass spiders, Woodlouse spiders and this Longlegged Sac Spider. I always thought perhaps the Longlegged Sac Spider was a Brown Recuse and the webpage says people often make that mistake.

LOL

There's actually, well was a nice little torch sold at Radioshack I have always wanted. It used two small Co3-like bottles. One was oxygen and the other I think Laughing gas. Basically this small handheld torch produced a 3,000+ degree F flame that could cut steel. Sadly I don't think they manufacture them anymore. I've seen them on ebay, but where are you gonna buy the bottles?

Anyway...great spider killer. Or! A laser made from a DVD burner!
