What kind of SPAM is this?

I got this email message. I thought it was for real, but apparently it looks like another SPAM. Tsk. It doesn't make sense at all.

Enjoyed my first lunch in two weeks, had a salami sandwich, a yoghurt
and a banana, I'm saving my muesli bar til a bit later. Ooh and the hot
cross bun was goooooooood this morning. Astonishingly I didn't get fed
up with Crunchy Nut cornflakes, I could happily eat a bowl again.
Ok, best go to the toilet and library (in that order)
