err, that was a typo. I meant CAS3, I also did a quick look and I think it's Infineon, not hyundai.

I have Hyundai RAM with similar markings. I'm pretty sure it's Hyuandai

Similar yes, but none on their site match exact...whereas it does over at Infineon.

So where can I find how to identify these marking online?

Well first off, a glance at it usually gets you the basic stats. The beginning usually has an indicator of company...which is why I thought it was Hyundai right off (still, not always accurate unless you're some sorta memory guru I guess). Then at the end is usually the latency like 7.5 in your case (for PC133 7.5ns is CAS3, 7ns is CAS2).

To get more indepth stuff I just put the 'HYS64V16220GU' into a search over at Google, although I'm sure there has to be a source that is better for just this kinda search.
