What kind of raises (if any) are you expecting this year?

I'm expecting the usual 4% in the spring.

I got a 10% raise last month,and will be getting 3% at the end of the year. Its really not that impressive, when you know what I actually make.

I got my raise from $7 to $8/hr last week...so I'm probably set for the year
