i'm sorry could you explain how that chart works? i see no mention of cpus which makes me nervous

With the limited information you provided, a shot in the dark guess would be pick a good quality 800W PSU from that list and you'll be fine. Its nice to know how many hard drives, fans, sticks of memory, water cooling pumps if any, cd/dvd/blu ray drives, etc you'll have in the system.

Assuming you have nothing too outrageous in the system, 750W will do.

Agree. Silverstone does a very good 750 modular power supply.
800 to 910 I'm not sure, the PCP&C 910 was on sale

leh, who is the ODM for this PSU? i'm assuming its built by another company and re-branded by XFX...

Seasonic M12D is the platform for that one I believe, according to Jonnyguru's review of the Black edition (which is the same as XXX except green versus black).
