I had the pleasure of seeing one of these parked in a parking lot in Florida once. The car is tiny and can't weigh more than 1500 lbs.

Probably a replica/kit car.

So many kit cars out there of these and other 356 variants.

Undoubtedly, the 550 and 550A combined, for road going and race use only had a production run of 129 units from 1953-1957. They weight all of 1220lbs or so and finding an original would mean that the car you're looking at is probably worth more than $1million dollars.

my boss is having a 356 rep custom built for him, for some reason he decided to get rid of his 997.1 C2 and get this.

Of the five identifyable cars only two are classics at all. The Silverado and Tahoe in those pictures are mid 2000 models.

So some kind of car show is going on, and some douchebag brings a white Grand Am? rofl.

There's a totally plain pickup next to the Grand Am. Maybe that's just where people parked their daily drivers.

As for the 356 yeah it's a beautiful car. However, I've heard that there are a lot of them that have been converted from hardtops into convertibles. A genuine 356 cabriolet (especially a "Speedster" version) is worth a ton of money.
