Agreed.

You need:

A PSP
2 Laptops
A DS
A DVD player
A Library

Or you will never be happy in life.

Ever.

(You should see it when you're like, hmm, may I borrow your power outlet? ... To your entire section of the plane)

I will have reading material, but it is only good for so much. I'm an extremely fast reader, so I typically read a 300 page book in about an hour and a half. On my BHM-ATL-LGA flight last month I finished off 6 books on the way up and back total. I will read and have newspapers and such, but I wanted something to focus my ears off of the plane and to just relax to. I was really thinking about an MP3 players, because I don't really play video games.

I'll have my Laptop, so I can watch Movies on it. 15.4in widescreen, so plenty big.

Sounds like you're set up then. Just make sure you have noise canceling headphones.

So Ipod nano, or other player?

I always have my Treo phone and it's truly an all-in-one. I use it for movies and mp3 on plane trips all the time. Sometimes games too. Battery life has never been a concern so it's perfect for me.
