Bah. Writing a few words on a CDR to tell you what you burned on it? That's SO 1999! I don't ever write on my cdr's, I can read binary codes with my finger so I just give the bottom a quick feel, and I know whats on it. BTW, lately I've been noticing that my fingerprints do not make a good tranparent surface for lasers to read through, so I think I need to wash my hands. :)

I use a TDK cd marking pen, just cuz it was .50 cents at sears. Any ideas for cd-rs that have a black surface? I think I need a gold pen, but I would prefer a silver one. Any ideas?

TDK CD Pen :p Only cause i have two from buy.com and the coupon bashing days...

Sharpie UltraFine is my sharpie weapon of choice.

btw, isn't putting a label on the CD not really advised unless it's a full label? Something about it not keeping in balance.. too lazy to look for it...
