What kind of pens to use on CDR surface?

I have one of each color of Sharpey.

Black, blue, red.

I have tried all three and red is the best. It stands out and is very easy to read against the bland color of the CDR. (I don't use wacko colored cd's like pink, orange, etc. Just regular silver or gold.)

hmm. could be time to change the blade... maybe it's getting dull which is the reason your cd's are skipping
