Got it free since my mx700 broke and with a 3 year warrenty they sent me the mx1000 since they no longer making mx700.

Didn't even have to send it in so if you ever need a new mouse and have a mx700 or such...

Logitech support pwns.

They were supposed to replace my KB which died, but it hasn't arrived yet. I called the last week of march. 🙁

mx700 is teh winnar 😀

MX700, official mouse of the ATOT NC. 😀

To bad mx1000 is becoming the new one. 😀

Even more so since mx700 is no longer in production and they send you a free mx1000 if you call your mx700 in and report it broke... 😀

Only complaint in the mx1000 is it's not quite as heavy as the mx700 since it doesn't use two batteries.

When I did it the mx1000 were on backorder but it didn't take that long.

Might want to check on your order and make sure the mail didn't loose it.

So far I am 2 out of 2 for these. 😀

I don't have an order number with me, since I was at my parent's home when I called them. I will try to pick up on it when I get back, I suppose, unless there is a way to look it up online.

Yea, you kinda need that number to see what is going on.

Logitech mx510 - for my gaming needs

Laser seems over rated. I've felt and used an mx1000 and I didn't feel anything over my optical 510, so paying the extra is pointless unless your going to be using it on glass or just not on a good gaming mouse pad.

Cheap Logitech optical USB, works for me.

Mine at home is the same, blue coloured with scroll wheel.

At work I have a cheapie IBM without scroll wheel mouse that gets lost on the screen once in a while.
