Corsair XMS, Kingston HyperX, OCZ, Mushkin...they all are good. I'm assuming you're planning on overclocking?

I just purchased the P4P800 MB with 2.8c CPU. I'm having a hard time trying to decide on RAM also. What do you guys think about the Corsair PC3200CPT versus the PC4000 Pro? I mean I'm not sure if I'm going to overclock but is it worth the extra money for the PC4000 pro?

Do not get the PC4000 unless you plan on overclocking. They don't run as tight of timings, and you will see a performance hit unless you are overclocking. If you're not sure if you will overclock, I would go with some quality PC3200 that will run tight timings...and if you ever wanted to overclock you can just use the cpu:mem ratios.

if you are paying out the money for the pc4000 stuff you might as well look for a good deal on some pc4200 for about the same price
i recommend looking into getting the hynix chips if you can
this is how i see things right now:

pc4000, pc4200 with hynix chips (top of the line right now for ddr1)
pc3200, pc3500 get something with good latencies like winbond bh-5, bh-6, ch-x (good for an athlon system but is no longer top of the line) or geil's stuff for higher vdimm boards (good for a P4 system imo)
most pc3700 is just the same chips on most pc3500 or less with higher mhz and higher latencies to compensate

atleast get pc3200 2-3-3 memory or better
geil, mushkin, hynix all have good stuff out right now imo
