Ok, it came from Crucial, the sticker on it says www.mushkin.com, and the chips say: infineon HYB25D256800AT-7

I bought it off of the forums, and he said it was a registered stick.. Is this correct? Is this good (overclockable) ram? Anyone know what speeds I might be able to reach with this?

Thanks in advance

If your motherboard has a 4:5 ratio setting for cpu/memory, try it with the memory voltage set at +.1 (2.6-2.65 volts) and see what happens. If the memory can't run at this speed (166), you may get a blank screen with a curser in the upper left hand corner. Just clear the cmos (with power supply unplugged) and change setting back to 1:1.
