I have 2 pieces of memory I need to find out what they are. Is there a program that can ID them or something. One stick has HY57V658020 TC - 10 on the chips and the other has SEC KM48S2020CT-G10 on the chips. Please let me know if anyone knows of a program or knows what these to sticks actually are.

Thanks,
Tony

I would try sticking them in a machine one at a time to determine their size. Then once that is determined, put a little sticker on the stick that says "32MB" or whatever. For more detailed specs, try taking it to a local computer shop and have them test it (good shop would do it free). If anyone finds software that will run specs on RAM, please forward info...

Kinda hard if you are asking for the brand and model of the RAM. but my guess is they are either PC100 or PC66, more likely PC100. For the size? put it in a machine and you will know.

Ok, the first is Hyundai and 10ns.

I remembered seeing this ram somewhere...http://bxboards.com/sdram.shtml

Hyundai HY57V168010A TC -10 is PC66 ram that in their survey worked to 112MHz on average.

SEC KM48S2020CT-G10 are Samsung 10ns chips. I also remembered seeing this ram at that bxboards SDRAM survey...

SEC KM48S2020CT-G10 is PC66 RAM that could do 103MHz on average (according the survey).
