Fired up the smoker for the first time this year and so far everything is turning out really good. Smoked some ribs, burnt ends, and gyros. Finished the gyros in the air fryer to get a nice crispy crust on the outside.

Today I decided to try something more ambitious - Curry chicken noodle lo mein



It tastes like heaven and is better than any takeout I have had.
