What kind of/how much russian equipment do they have

How much and what type of equipment was stolen/bought/abandoned in those countries??? any nukes?? I know they have pretty good stashes of rifles and amunition and also migs but do they have nuclear capabilities?? do they have launch icbm's or just warheads???

Well, anything that russia left in Afghanistan would be junk by now. They wouldnt have no parts, and probably no nothing how to repair them

Nuclear weapons are fairly easy to acquire if have the right contact and the resources. But as someone had mentioned earlier, launching a nuke is blatant stupidity and the terrosists know it.

They have US telecommunication/encryption and Russia/China military equipment. Russia equipment because they left stuff there long ago, and China stuff because China was giving stuff to Pakistan which in turn gave to the Taliban...

The Talibans have Stinger missiles, very effective against choppers, but not against fighters. They have lots of Chinese AK-47 and RPGs and rockets. It's more than weapons, the Talibans are master of ambush military convoys. Since Afghanistan has very few roads, the Talibans would set up critical choke points at a certain road junction and attack from the cliffs above with rocket propelled grenades against vehicles below. This was a very scary situation if you were a Soviet soldiers in the 80s.
