do you get a thirty year old younger brother who will be graduating with a Phd in Health Economics from the UofW (Wisconsin)? His name is Chris - if that helps at all.

A lady friend of mine at work needs some help with this. I couldn't really come up with anything. So I thought I would tap in to the intellegence of the AT community. Any help?
Thanks.

I think she's the older sister...

Hmm... Gifts... Money parhaps? Finding him a good job? Maybe a little vacation for all that hard work.

Personalized/engraved watch or pen, in the price range the gift-giver can afford, might be a possibility.

She is the older sister.

The guy already has a job at Princeton doing research. I like the idea about the engraved watch or pen. She want's it to be someting that has some sentimental value.

I like the vacation idea too, but I think it may slightly exceed her monetary capabilities right now. Thanks for the suggestions. More are welcome...

Peace-

Some reduced-fat, off-brand cheese maybe?

Seriously, I'd say you get him a gold-plated and ingraved stethoscope. He WILL be a doctor.

I know I'd feel...uhem..proud..uhem..to get that when I get my degree. I will be an EE, so maybe a gold-plated Microchip might be better...hmm

Does he have a Palm or WinCE device? Hook him up with a phat Sony Clie or something else that looks cool.

you can never go wrong with a nice bottle of champagne or a good bottle of bordeaux.

spend ~$100 and you will give him a memorable gift
