Hey everyone!

Was wondering what kind of frames per second I should expect with a Leadtech 6800gt in Doom 3 High quality 1024x768 (lcd's native res) with Anisotropic filtering maxed and antialiasing maxed if possible?

Motherboard is a Soyo KTlite 433 Dragon.

Other comp specs are in sig.

Thanks for any response!

1024 x 768 with 4aa/8af 62.3
1280 x 1024 with 2aa/8af 61.4
1600 x 1200 with no aa/8af 59.7
that's the results i got from my rig
i overclocked mine at 410/1130
i doubt that a 6800gt can handle max aa even on 1024 x 768

Look at the Doom3 Consolidation sticky on the first page of this forum.

Okay I made a mistake it is actually just a 6800. It is the Leadtek 6800 256bit card with 128 vram 8x agp which my board supports.

Did you look through the whole site page? Because I found 2 entries that should give you a pretty good Idea where you will be.

A P4 1.8 o/c'd to 2.5 ( which is near equivalent to your sytems speed ) 1GB ram and a 6800nu is pulling 44.6 fps at 1600x1200

And the other was a A64 3000+ 1GB 6800nu was getting 46.9fpsat 1600x1200.

It's all in there man. You just have to look.

We are here becuase we like to discuss video hardware. I don't think anyone likes to answer the same questions over and over again, that is why there is a search feature. ;)

Ahhh, the very popular "laziness" condition.

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Look at one of the 14356 other threads or reviews already posted. Or better yet, run some benchmarks and you tell us.

Oh, since we're talking about Doom 3,
I can anyone recommend what settings should I use with my ATi Radeon 9700 Pro for Doom 3?
I was thinking 1024 X 768 Medium details. 2x AA
would it lag?

I used 800x600 with no aa with my 9700pro, but I might be pickier than you. You might be able to get away with turning it up to 1024x768 or x2aa but probably not both.
