What kind of flowers are these? Cats ate em...

Woke up this morning to find flowers that my friend who's staying with me got as a gift eaten by my two cats. Not sure when it happened, though when I woke up, one of them was still chowing away. So far they seem okay (the cats), but the flowers are gone at this point.

Here's some pictures - it looks like there are two or three types of flowers, and two or three types of "green" leaves and plant-like structures. Can anyone identify these?

That last photo gives me cause for concern, since it looks like it may be a lily. (I'm not good at identifying plants) Our cat recently died after eating a couple of leaves that fell off of a lily as they are highly toxic. We were not aware of how toxic they were.

If you suspect your cat has eaten a lily take them to the vet IMMEDIATELY as the longer you wait the less likely they are to survive. Our cat didn't appear sick but tests showed she was suffering complete kidney failure.

After looking on google image search, I'm pretty sure that is an orange arum lily, which is listed as poisonous. Again, I'm not entirely sure but I'd take your cats to the vet.

Yup, you're right. called the vet originally and he said just wait, but once i mentioned the Orange Arum Lily, his mind changed. Thanks for your identifying help pal, appreciate it.

Looks like Hydrangea (sp), Calla Lily, Gerbera Daisy, and Roses in there.
Sorry, dont know what the filler leaves (3rd pic) are tho.

Hope all goes well at the Vet!

Had no idea cats eat flowers. Have you been starving them or something?

Although I do see my neighbors cat in my yard eating wild grasses. Explain the black n white spotted pattern on his coat - looks like a cow.

Cats chew on plants all the time. Nice, juicy, crunch leaves help clean their teeth. Spider plants are a favorite of cats... and also toxic.

Cats are okay - blood work came back fine, and the doc said since it had been over 6 hours something would have shown by then.

Thanks for everyone's help 🙂

Good deal. I think I lost one of my cats to a lily. 🙁

The problem with kidney failure is normally by the time they show symptoms it's almost too late.
