AtGuard. Love it, would recommend it if you can get ahold of it somewhere.
Wow, I thought I was the only person who still used AtGuard. I've been using it for more than 3 years now and still have not found a better personal software firewall. That, along with a Linksys router, and I feel that my home systems are more than secure.
For those who don't know what AtGuard is/was, Symantec bought them out in late '99, dumbed down one of the world's best and most customizable personal software firewalls (so the less sophicated could use it I suppose), and incorporated the core technology into NIS.

I've got a SMC 7004ABR router and Zone Alarm. I like how ZA works (guilty until proven innocent). ZA also recognizes when an approved executable has changed, so a trojan given the same name as an approved program, for example, EXPLORER.EXE, can't silently get network access.

NAT on my Router.

At work I've installed and configured a Sonicwall Firewall device which has been fine... pretty much just a router but it has some nifty features like a VPN server onboard...

An Xsense MIH-130 XRouter Pro (fancy name for a simple 4port NAT box). I used to work there a few years ago...
