I just use anti-bacterial soap. I sometimes use moisture cream (because it's really, really dry where I live). I've found the key to be drinking lots of fluids. Take some vitamin E for good measure, too.

I don't wash my face anymore other than in the shower... I used to do it before bed, but luckily I haven't gotten acne since I was 16yo.

Try bleach, it gets rid of poison ivy quick. I bet it would kill acne too. I'm not sure if I'd use it around my eyes though.
