What kind of dvd player?

I received some dvd's recorded in ISO Data format. What kind of dvd player do I need that will play these?
Is MPEG 4 the same thing? Apparently they were originally VOB files.

a virtual drive. Your supposed to use the iso to burn a dvd. Not copy the iso's onto a dvd.

so just copy that in your system and use nero or alcohol to burn that out on dvd or cd.
