What kind of doctor do I need to see?

I had one on the back of my heel. Painful as hell and at least as big as yours. I faithfully used dr scholls where you put a drop on. I did this every day for 6 months. It worked. It never hurt either. Just be patient with it. Also I was training for a marathon at the same time.
