What kind of Cooling Solution will I need?

I'm going to upgrade Mid-June and I'll have in it the following:

Spingdale PE^2 mobo
2.4ghz cpu w/800mhz FSB & HT OR my current but sad P4 1.7ghz
ATI Radeon, either 9600 Pro, 9700 Pro, or a 9800
20 gig 7200 RPM Drive
60 gig WD 5400rpm drive
40x12x48 CDRW Drive
Winfast 2000 Deluxe

Will I need case fans on this one? Up till now, I haven't needed a case fan, I recently added one since I added another hard drive.

If I do need case fans, how many and what purpose? Like 2 intake and 1 outake? Should I have more outakes or more intake fans? I hear too many outtakes will make the case like a vacuum attracting dust and too many intakes will bring dust in.

Because some people are unstable paranoics. 🙂

The people who use lots of fans are just desperately trying to get their CPUs to the very lowest temperature they can, whether it needs to be that low or not. Also those that overclock are trying to get the highest overclock they can, and the lower the temperature is maintained the higher they can go.
