What kind of caterpillar is this?

It's a poisonous AIDS caterpillar. Not only will you be dead from the poison within 48 hours, but you also have AIDS.

I did google and also checked national geographic's field guide to butterflies and caterpillars.

Only one even close was a spicebush swallowtail. Green with yellow eyes.

This is more orangeish.
 
That fella looks pretty cool. I remember when I was young me and my cousin found a really weird one like that at camp but it was green and had spikes on it. We were playing with it for a bit then left it on the picnic table. It ended up as a chipmunks nutritious supper. Note to self: do not leave stuff on the picnic table if you don't want it to be eaten, specially if it moves. 😛
