I don't have to have the best of the best, but I find myself turning my nose up at a low-end (but perfectly functional) Acer laptop, for example, just because I know the build quality / screen panel / etc. are of lower quality compared to something more expensive.

This is my grill, see the stack of wood next to it? Truck is for scale.

Cooking surface is 6 feet 9 inches long and 29 inches across. The smoker has 2 - 24 inch trays. There is also a sliding tray in the left door of the main pit. The sliding tray holds a whole 10 pound bag of chicken quarters, or 3 slabs of baby back ribs.

I thought about building a bigger pit with a cooking surface close to 13 feet long. but I dont know if its worth the time and effort. This small pit does a good job.

I was going to say this, but honestly as long as it's a non-flavored dark roast, I'm pretty happy. Doesn't have to be a certain brand or made on any specific equipment.

The Honda dealership I go to has THE worst coffee.. it stinks and it is the weakest crap I've ever tasted. It's as if they run 10 cups of water through 0.25oz of grounds.
